SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING AND TIMELINES

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) from the date your order is placed. You will receive tracking information once your order is scanned in by the carrier.

SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES

We offer multiple shipping options for both domestic and international orders. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery speed, ensuring you always get the best available rate through our shipping partners.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

All shipping rates are calculated at checkout to provide you with the most competitive pricing available.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Currently, we ship to:

  • All 50 United States and territories
  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes for expedited or express shipping options. Standard shipping to P.O. boxes is available.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.

SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES

Pre-Order Period: Since delivery is expected in approximately 60 days, you may update your shipping address by contacting us at contact@lokamarkers.com up to 2 weeks before your expected ship date.

After Processing: Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.

DAMAGED AND LOST PACKAGES

Damaged Packages

If your LOKA Markers arrive damaged, please:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and products
  • Contact us at contact@lokamarkers.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and photos
  • We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered, but you haven't received your package. Please get in touch with your shipping carrier to investigate and provide a resolution. If no resolution, please contact us at contact@lokamarkers.com if still missing.


Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned as undeliverable due to incorrect addresses will be reshipped once the correct address is provided, with additional shipping charges applied.

Sustainable Packaging

In keeping with our environmental mission, all LOKA Markers are shipped in 100% plastic-free packaging. Our shipping materials are recyclable and made from sustainable sources whenever possible.
